University Putra Malaysia Kuala lumpur, Malaysia- Design and implement a novel solution for Multi-Granular Temporal Abstraction Representation Framework to improve clinical data analysis based on Java. The system is mainly developed to improve healthcare quality which relies on electronic health records. Much information is extracted from the electronic health records such as clinical events and observations, concepts, temporal information and the relation between the events and temporal data. Abstracting away the hospital specific, temporal and high dimensionality features of these data could enhance greatly the application of the electronic data for secondary use.
